Billie is a high-waisted ankle-length cocoon skirt. Featuring a hidden elastic waistband, side seam pockets and center back slit. Pair with the Heidi shirt or dress it up with the Vivi top. Made from 100% organic cotton poplin fabric for a crisp, airy feel.
