When purchasing with LCD you may see our official business name, Lust Covet Desire LLC on your credit card or bank card statement.


Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns for all unworn, unused, unwashed, full-priced merchandise with their original tags. The item(s) must be received back to our offices within 14 days of your delivered order. To submit a return please fill out the Return Request form on your View Completed Orders page. If you did not create an account when purchasing your item, you can email us directly at to request a return authorization. 

For international returns, the item(s) must be received back to our offices within 30 days of your delivered order. Once we verify that the merchandise is in good condition, we will email you a refund confirmation.

When returning shoes, the return will be denied if the shoe box has been used as the shipping box, or if there are any signs of wear. 

Due to hygienic reasons underwear, hosiery, swimwear, bodysuits and beauty products, as well as perfumes, books and magazines are final sale and therefore not eligible for return or exchange. Feel free to contact us with any questions you may have before purchasing. 

Please note that we cannot accept returns on custom or special ordered items.

All items in the sale section of our site are final sale. Unfortunately, as a small business we cannot offer free returns at this time. We are happy to chat with you via telephone or email to confirm sizing and measurements of items before you purchase.

Items purchased during a promotional sale can be returned within our 14-day return period for store credit only, unless they are already considered FINAL SALE as noted above.



As a small business we are not able to accommodate price adjustment requests due to our very limited inventory. We may accept price adjustment requests on a case-by-case basis. 



LCD offers free domestic shipping on size exchanges.  Please follow the instructions below on submitting a return request and note that you are requesting an exchange.



To return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.  Guest checkout customers, please contact us at or via phone at +1-310-426-8834 to request a return authorization.

Once your return request has been approved by an LCD team member, you will receive an email confirmation with further instructions. Please make sure that your return is shipped back to us immediately. Late returns (received after 10 business days) will be granted store credit only.

Please remember to ship your returns via a trackable delivery method and to insure your package for the full value of its contents.  We are not responsible for any lost packages.

Items received without their original tags and packaging will receive store credit only. Items that have been worn or washed will be returned to the sender, and no credit nor refund will be issued.

You should expect to receive your refund within one week of our receiving your returned package. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. Please take into account the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank or credit card to process our refund request (2 to 3 business days).

Please note that return shipping costs and international customs, duties and taxes are NON-REFUNDABLE.



We will do our best to process and ship your item as quickly as possible.  Orders will generally be packed and shipped the next business day, but may sometimes take up to 72 hours, depending on product availability and order volume. Orders received after 4pm PST on Thursdays will ship the following Monday morning, though we will do our best to ship it out sooner.


If your US-bound order is valued at $200 or more, you may opt to receive complimentary USPS Priority Mail shipping. You also have the option of paying for UPS shipping if you prefer the security of UPS shipping (we recommend for all our New York City customers). Orders valued at less than $200 will be shipped at a flat rate of $8.00 via USPS Priority Mail.

For additional security purposes, all orders totaling $300 or more will require signature upon delivery. If you would like to opt out of the required signature delivery, please make a note in your order comments. Should you waive the signature delivery we will be unable to assist you in locating any packages that may be misdelivered or lost.


Please note that once we have delivered the merchandise to USPS/FedEx and the package has been scanned by their system, you will assume the risk of loss and title for the merchandise. We will do our best to assist customers in locating any packages that may have been lost in transit, but we can not absolutely guarantee delivery when you opt to ship via USPS. 


USPS Priority Mail generally delivers in 2-3 business days to domestic US addresses.

For more secure, guaranteed shipping please choose our preferred shipping partner UPS, with delivery options of UPS Ground (generally 4-5 business days) and UPS 2Day.

International Shipping

Orders going elsewhere (International or US Territories) will be shipped at the current available list rate for USPS Priority Mail or DHL International shipping.  For these orders, you will be given your choice of shipping methods based on how quickly you'd like to receive your items and how much you'd like to pay.

International orders will include a $5 handling fee to cover the time spent preparing customs documentation.


Once we have delivered the merchandise to your chosen shipping carrier, you will assume the risk of loss and title for the merchandise. You are responsible for any additional taxes and duties. Lust Covet Desire LLC is not responsible for any fees charged by customs. If you decide to refuse any shipments from Lust Covet Desire LLC, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to Lust Covet Desire LLC. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.

Credit Card Fraud Prevention

At Lust Covet Desire LLC d.b.a. LCD, we take fraud very seriously. If you suspect that your credit card has been used on our site without your consent, please call us at +1-310-426-8834 or email us at immediately. 

When making purchases on, we will require signature upon delivery if you choose to ship to an address that is different from your billing address. In addition we will often require telephone authorization from your credit card issuing bank to re-confirm and authorize the payment, as well as follow up with telephone or emails to the customer.  We apologize for the delay this may cause in receiving your order but your financial security is very important to us. 



LCD collects an 9.5% sales tax on all purchases shipped to California.
