19/99's multi-use pencil is their amazingly creamy hero product that can be used on eyes, lips, cheeks, or elsewhere. It glides on with a creamy-matte finish, and is creamy enough to use as a lipstick, blendable enough to be used as a blush or a wash of colour on the lids, with a precision tip for drawing graphic lines. Available in 9 universal shades. Meleg is a vibrant coral orange color.
