It's our favorite time of year here at LCD -- Frieze Art Fair is coming into town, along with satellite fairs, art openings, and other inspiring happenings about town. We reached out to some of our favorite art friends to put together some of their favorite LCD looks for all your art fair events this season.
Ceramic artist Raina Lee is known for her "volcanic" ceramic works and moon jars, which have been featured in T Magazine.
RAINA LEE is ceramic artist and writer from Los Angeles. She makes drippy, sculptural glazes on ceramics and her work draws from personal memory, science fiction, and Classical Chinese ceramics. Raina has a pottery-filled treehouse in her backyard. Her work as been featured in the New York Times, Dwell, and Surface and has been shown at Stroll Garden in Los Angeles. She’s also the author of Hit Me With Your Best Shot: The Ultimate Guide To Karaoke Domination.
